What is the minimum order value for shipment?
No minimum order is required for items from our inventory. For special orders, the minimum is 24 chairs, though this requirement may be lower if there is a concurrent order. Please contact our office for specific minimums at the time of your order.
How is freight calculated on orders?
Freight is calculated based on a formula that considers the weight, size, and zip codes of both our warehouse and your receiving warehouse. Additional delivery requirements like liftgate services or advance delivery calls can be specified on the shipping instructions page.
For container buyers purchasing 100 chairs, shipping costs will be waived.

Orders from inventory that are pulled, shipped, and delivered but unopened incur a 25% restocking charge upon cancellation. Cancellations of special orders during production are subject to a minimum 25% fee, which may increase depending on the production stage at the time of cancellation.

Inventory items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment secures an item, holding it for 20 days pending shipment.
